Terms & conditions

When you place an order on our website, this constitutes explicit acceptance of our terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions can be consulted at all times on our website and are sent digitally together with the order confirmation. Any person who places an order (hereinafter referred to as “The Customer”) confirms by means of the order to be a natural person.

We reserve the right to make changes without notifying the Customer. Current contracts remain subject to the terms and conditions stated on the website at the time of the order and which were forwarded with the order confirmation.

Belgian law applies to what is not expressly stated in these conditions.

2. Prices

All prices stated on the website include VAT and other taxes. Additional delivery costs are calculated at the end of the order / before the final settlement and must be paid by the Customer.

If additional costs are charged by the transport company at the time of delivery, these costs are also to be paid by the Customer.

Trail Nomad cannot be held responsible for errors in prices, deviations in images or product changes as a result of a technical or human shortcoming. We therefore reserve the right to cancel orders unilaterally if it appears that it concerns incorrect indications.

Any promotions are clearly communicated and are valid while supplies last. After the expiry of the validity period of the promotion, the Customer can no longer make any claims on this.

3. Payment

An order is only definitively registered when the payment has been made in its entirety. As long as the full purchase amount is not transferred, no goods will be shipped.

You can pay online with Bancontact, Visa / Mastercard, PayPal and by bank transfer. If you choose a bank transfer, we will send you the bank details by e-mail. The goods will be shipped as soon as the Customer can provide proof of payment.

If you have any problems with the payment process, please contact us immediately.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made by external partners. The choice of transport method is made on the basis of the dimensions and weight of the ordered goods.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.

In the confirmation email sent to The Customer, it is stated how the goods will be shipped and the estimated delivery time.

Trail Nomad cannot be held responsible for delays of the delivery person.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, depending on the stock. If we fail to deliver the order within 30 days, the Customer can cancel the purchase free of charge.

Visible defects must be reported within 5 working days after delivery by e-mail to hello@trailnomad.be, including photos clearly showing the damage.

5. Right of withdrawal

After the delivery of your product (s), you have 14 calendar days to cancel your purchase.

If you wish to cancel the agreement, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to info@4x4deals.be. You are not obliged to tell us why you want to cancel the purchase.

When we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation email with further practical information. You must return the products to us in their original packaging and with all supplied accessories. The costs associated with the return shipment must be paid by the Customer. To avoid these costs, you can also personally return the goods at Trail Nomad, Doorniksesteenweg 344, 8582 Outrijve (by appointment only).

The Customer has the right, just like in a real store, to inspect and try the purchase to ensure that it is fully functional. Extensive use is not permitted.

If the goods have clearly been used (more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning), the Customer is liable for the depreciation of the goods.

Trail Nomad will refund the Customer within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

Please note: custom-made articles are NEVER taken back.

6. Typographical/Photographical Errors

We offer a lot of products and parts and we are constantly updating our website for accuracy and completeness. We can’t be held responsible for any typographical or photographical errors on our website.
