Can I pick my package up in your shop?

Yes, feel free to contact us if you want to pick it up in our shop and we’ll set up your order and time of pick up. There is no need to order online if you want to pick it up at our shop, currently you cannot choose for local pick up at check out.

How long will delivery take?

The delivery time varies, because not all of our products are shipped from our own warehouse. In some cases you might even receive your order in multiple packages, depending on what you’ve ordered. Feel free to contact us to know the estimated delivery time for your order.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes, we do! Let your offroad friend pick exactly what they want by giving them a gift card from Trail Nomad. They can choose any product from our shop or spend it on installing one of our products. You can find the gift cards at the ‘Gifts’ category.

I have a technical question, who do I contact?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
